We visited the shop last weekend looking for advice about selling a ring. The gentleman that served us could not have been more helpful. He went over and above to help even cleaning the ring for us free of charge. We left the shop thankful that customer service is still alive and well. We would not hesitate to recommend and will make them our first point of call in the future.

I had a chain which was broken and had a few knots, took it in to ask if it was worth repairing or better replaced. They made the repair there and then for me, unknotted the chain and placed my pendant back on. Dawn and Sam were so helpful and now my necklace can be worn again. Wonderful service from this lovely local shop!

We were not pressured into making a quick decision and time was taken to make sure we had all the information we needed and was shown a large selection of rings to help us make the right decision. Fantastic and friendly service. We went in to make an enquiry about resizing a ring as it was a little too small. Sam, the jeweller, checked the size and fit and made the minor adjustment in a few minutes and the ring fit perfectly.
